Identity & access

Every person. Every agent. Accounted for.

AI is only useful when you can trust what it touches. We design identity into the deployment: your people sign in with authentication that cannot be phished, every agent carries its own governed identity, and access leaves evidence you can review.

Let’s talk

Three things it covers

People. Agents.
Evidence.

The same three controls apply whether a workload runs in cloud, in Australian private cloud, on your own hardware or inside an isolated environment.

Data & deployment
Sign-in that cannot be phished
Your team reaches AI workspaces with hardware keys and passkeys rather than codes that can be talked out of people. It works in the office, on site, and where there is no connection at all.
Every agent is somebody
Estimating, safety and coordination agents each hold their own identity with scoped permissions. An agent reaches only the tools and records agreed for it, and handoffs between agents are authenticated.
Access you can prove
See who — and what — can reach which records. Review access on a schedule rather than after an incident, and export the evidence when a client, auditor or head contractor asks.

Offline & air-gapped

No connection.
Full control.

Isolated sites keep the same identity controls. Hardware keys authenticate without any cloud service, access rules keep applying, and the audit trail keeps building until you choose to move it.

Why it matters now

01

Most data loss uses a valid login

Copying and deleting by people who are meant to have access does not look like an attack. Scheduled access reviews surface it while it is still small.

02

Agents are doing real work

Once software acts on your behalf, “who did that?” needs an answer. A governed identity for each agent gives every action an owner.

03

Requirements are moving

Defence supply-chain work is moving from the Essential Eight toward DISP, and Level 2 expects phishing-resistant authentication. We design deployments to support that.

Identity is one part of how an engagement is controlled. Scope, access, records and recovery are agreed before work starts.
