Our work

The kind of work we do.

We help businesses make sense of complex project information and connect their records.

Examples

What we build, and where it runs.

The kind of project we take on, where each one runs and what makes it hard.

  • WA civil contractor

Tender packs pulled together from drawings and specs

Hybrid, with the documents kept on the business's own systems and read by a model it owns.

Drawings are often scans covered in handwritten notes.

  • Mining services business

Plant manuals and procedures that can be searched offline

Sovereign, on the business's own premises, where it holds the admin access, keys and records, with an edge AI box on site.

It has to cope with heat, dust and a connection that drops at shift change.

  • Regional freight business

An assistant for dispatch and handoffs

Cloud, in an Australian data centre.

Old records often use job codes that don't match.

What cloud, hybrid and sovereign mean

About us

Business first. Technology with a purpose.

We start with what’s holding your business back, then build what fixes it and help your people put it to work.

Who you’re working with

Meet Ty.

Ty founded Airon Systems and works from our office at Fern in the Perth CBD. You’ll speak with the person who designs and installs the system.

Perth based but work Australia-wide.

Our lab

Always exploring.
Purposefully building.

We try out new ideas at our lab, aiAIOhhh, and bring what works into the projects we deliver.

How we work

Scope first, real work, clear owners.

Every engagement runs in the same four steps.

  1. Workshop
  2. Map
  3. Prove
  4. Build and run
Scope before work
Before work starts, you get a written scope: what we’ll deliver, the fees and how the work is signed off.
Train on the real work
Training uses your own tasks and real examples, so the method stays with your team. How training works
Know who owns the next step
Before anything goes live, we agree who approves what, who handles exceptions and what support looks like.

A few practical questions

Do we need to choose the AI tools first?

No. Bring the work and the tools you already use. We’ll work out where AI helps, and whether to rent it or own it.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

We quote once we’ve checked the scope, the access we’ll need, how ready your data is and how much review the work needs. The written scope then sets out the fees and milestones.

What happens after delivery?

We help your team start using the system, check how it’s working and give the support we agreed. After that, we can improve it and roll it out to more of the business when you’re ready.

Can this work across several teams?

Yes. We can start with one job or one team and widen from there. How fast depends on your priorities, your systems and how ready your teams are.

Can you work with our IT provider?

Yes. We agree access, change approvals and support responsibilities with your team or provider.

Trust

Clear about the work. Accountable for it.

You deal with us directly, and the safeguards match the work.

Safeguards that fit
We agree with you who has access, what records are kept, how sensitive information is handled and how things are recovered if something goes wrong.
Clear roles
If we bring in a specialist, we tell you who they are and what they can access.

Security

Your data, and how to raise an issue.

Your data and responsible use of AI

We agree with you where your AI runs (cloud, hybrid, sovereign or air-gapped) based on what your data and work need, and tell you in writing which AI providers we use and how your data is handled. People, not AI, stay accountable for decisions.

Report a security issue

Email enquiries@aironsystems.com.au with the affected URL and safe reproduction steps. Do not access, alter or retain other people’s data.

Accessibility

We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standard. If anything stops you using the site, email enquiries@aironsystems.com.au with the page and the format you need.

Terms and privacy

Sending an enquiry through the website doesn’t start a project. Project terms are agreed separately. Read the terms and privacy policy.

What we won’t claim

If it isn’t true yet, we won’t say it.

Certifications we don’t hold
We build to support standards such as the Essential Eight, but we won’t call anything compliant or certified.
That Australian hosting makes it sovereign
Hosting location alone does not establish sovereignty. You also need control of the admin access, keys, records and support.
That everyone needs hardware
When renting is cheaper or simpler, that’s the answer you’ll get.
That any one model will always be there
Models and the rules around them change, so we keep your options open.
That Tai is sovereign yet
Tai, our AI guide, runs on OpenAI and ElevenLabs today. We’ll only call it sovereign once it is.
