By accessing or using the Airon Systems website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or engage our services.

2. Services

Airon Systems is run by Airon Intelligence Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 30 701 151 215). We provide AI advice and workshops, cost and vendor reviews, pilots, custom AI workflows, private model builds, and the supply, installation and support of AI hardware. All work is subject to a separate statement of work or service agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, design, and software — is the property of Airon Systems or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Hardware, models and prices

Hardware, models and prices on this website are planning examples. What we supply, with its specifications, price and availability, is set out in a written quote.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airon Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Any information shared during consultations, audits, or engagements is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed. Specific confidentiality obligations are defined in individual service agreements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
